Buddly connects you with trusted local service providers and keeps the entire booking and payment process clear and secure.
Here’s how it works step by step:
1️⃣ Find & Book a Service
Browse services near you and choose the one that fits your needs.
Select a suitable time and send a booking request to the service provider.
👉 At this stage, no payment is made yet.
2️⃣ Provider Accepts or Declines
The service provider reviews your request and either accepts or declines the booking.
- If accepted → you can proceed to payment
- If declined → no charge is made and you can book another provider
You’ll be notified by email and in your Buddly account.
3️⃣ Pay Securely After Acceptance
Once the booking is accepted, go to:
My Bookings → Pay
You complete the payment securely through Buddly.
The money is held safely and not released yet.
4️⃣ Service Is Done
The service provider arrives at the agreed time and completes the job.
5️⃣ Payment Is Released
After the job is completed, the payment is released to the service provider.
You can then leave a review to help other customers choose with confidence.
